Personal Support
The University is here to help and lend support, no matter what the issue is. If you need some advice on your course, want to find out about study support or you have some personal problems that may affect your life here at University, we'll do all we can to help.

Personal Tutor
You'll be allocated your own personal tutor as part of a small academic group in your first year. This group gives you an immediate network of fellow students to chat and interact with, in group-related activities. Your tutor is on hand to provide academic support and personal advice.

Academic Support
Tutors on all the undergraduate courses at The Park are keen to ensure your student experience is a good one, academically and personally. You'll find them ready to meet with you and help you in your studies. With the other specialised support available, we try to ensure that students feel assisted in reaching their goals.

Student Information and Advice Centres
There is a Student Information and Advice Centre situated on each campus. The Centre's staff provide students with information on academic and personal issues.

Medical Facilities on Campus
We recommend that you register with the GPs at the University Medical Centre, where a full range of medical services is on offer. The Medical Centre is situated on The Park close to the refectory, and is easily accessed. A nurse is on site for emergency advice during opening hours.
